• Account data：When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and a securely hashed password.
• API usage data：When you use our APIs, we log request timestamps, model identifiers, approximate token counts, and metadata needed for billing, rate limiting, and abuse detection. We do not persist the content of your API prompts or completions beyond what is necessary for request processing.
• Payment data：Subscription and billing information is processed through Stripe. We never store your full credit card numbers on our servers; we only keep the last 4 digits and expiration month for display purposes.
• Communications：If you contact us via our form, email, or support channels, we keep the content of your message, your contact details, and our reply thread to resolve your inquiry.
• Website analytics：We collect anonymous server-side usage data (browser user agent, referring URL, pages visited, IP-based rough geographic region) to improve the site and diagnose issues.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and maintain our services; process transactions and send related information; send technical notices, security alerts, and administrative messages; respond to comments, questions, and requests; monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; and comply with legal obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services. When you delete your account, we remove your personal information within 30 days, except for information we are required to retain by law or for legitimate business purposes (audit logs, anti-fraud records, unresolved disputes).

We protect your data using industry-standard security practices: AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 for all connections, hashed passwords using bcrypt, and least-privilege access controls for our staff. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, but we strive to protect your personal information and use commercially acceptable means to do so.
